These are the same quality parkas we have been manufacturing for the past 30 years. Our shell fabric supplier has discontinued this fabric and has upgraded to a newer technology fabric. The parkas offered on this page represent the last remaining parkas to utilize this end-of-an-era fabric. We cannot continue to inventory two types of waterproof fabaric so we are forced to say goodby to such a workhorse for us, but technology moves forward. Get em while they last. This is truly the bargin of the year.
