The
Polo Cap Master File is the same
form used intermally at truWest. Teams can save this as their MASTER FILE
and use it to place re-orders as a
standard
email attachment. The file contains 3 pages because truWest uses all 3
pages for internal use. Normally, the best page for you to actually print is
page 1 because it also includes price information. Page 2 does not have any
price informaton. Page 3 is used by truWest as the packing list for your
shipment. All 3 pages act as carbon copies Any information entered on one page
is automatically transfered to the other 2 pages (Except money info which
remains only on page one). Note: When printing, specify which page you would
like otherwise all three pages will be printed. | |
